Thanks to the work of u/Mrowth, we were able to compile of map of Abandoned Skyscale Nests. It seems like we have been able to find 21 so far (11 in Skywatch and 10 in Amnytas). From what I can tell, it looks like it's mostly RNG, with many people getting the egg before all 21. Unfortunately, I did not have their luck and had to collect 18 for
