I manually configured TWO different IP numbers on each computer, mine has 192.168.0.1 and the other one has 192.168.0.2. A firewall is in use too yes, but ive myself configured the firewall to allow any IP numbers from the Generals game .exe file to pass through so the firewall itself shouldnt be a problem. (I even tried disabling the firewall).

Run GenPatcher and click on Edit Serial Number. Enter a different (valid) serial number and click Apply. Solution 3: (The First Decade game installations only!) Uninstall the game. Install the game with a different serial code.
However, what you can do is, change the registry key to point to your install A, run GenPatcher, then change registry to install B, run GenPatcher again. That should work. I also have multiple installs and keep .reg files close by to apply their keys. Posts: 24,804.
