New lift connections that will make it possible to travel between the St Anton and Lech sides of the Arlberg ski region will be completed in time for next winter, the region has announced. The new connections will make the Arlberg region by far Austria’s largest interconnected ski area with 305km of ski slopes served by 87 ski lifts.
These busses are free of charge and shuttle back and forth between Lech, Oberlech, Zug, and Zürs in regular, short intervals. This means you can cover the distance between your accommodation and the ski lifts in just a few minutes! The regional buses (lines 90, 91 and 92) provide regional transport connections in the neighboring communities

If you go to Lech there are 3 options to get there: Ski down to Alpe Rauz and take the free shuttle. It's free, it's fairly quick but it can get very crowded and unpleasant. Take the paying bus from St Anton, it's about €5 for a return ticket, much more civilized and if you get the bus at about 8:30 you'll be on the slopes in Lech before they At an altitude between 1,450 and 2,450 metres, this alpine gem offers something for everyone – no matter if you are an ambitious skier, a passionate promenader or a culture enthusiast!
